3. Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that product images perfectly represent colour or appearance due to screen variations. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any product without notice.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via credit/debit card, cash on delivery, and PayPal. Payment is taken at the time of order. We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice. If an error in pricing is discovered after your order, we will contact you before processing.
5. Orders & Contract
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is only formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if products are unavailable, payment cannot be processed, or we suspect fraudulent activity.
6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders the same day if placed before 9pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends. Free tracked next-day delivery is available on orders over £20. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from receipt to return unwanted items for a full refund, provided products are unused, in original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. Faulty or damaged items can be returned for a replacement or full refund. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned goods.
8. Health & Safety Disclaimer
Vaping products are intended for use by adult smokers or existing vapers only. They are not suitable for: people under 18, non-smokers, pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with cardiovascular conditions, or people with nicotine allergies. We strongly advise consulting a healthcare professional before using vaping products if you have any medical conditions.
